(1)Advantages of preferential income tax policies for high-tech enterprises
At present, Monda has 12 patent technologies for utility models, and actively apply for the qualification of high-tech enterprises. Monda submitted the qualification materials for high-tech enterprises to Ulanqab Science and Technology Bureau on June 5, 2019, and successfully passed the preliminary examination in September, 2019. In October of the same year, the company passed the expert evaluation and obtained the high-tech certification, and enjoyed the preferential policy of 15% enterprise income tax.
(2) In 2021, Monda passed the evaluation of clean production, green factory and energy saving acceptance of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Meanwhile, Monda is removed from the list of high energy consumption and high pollution of ferroalloy industry, not belonging to the "two high" projects, and get the preferential electricity price in terms of power supply.
(3) Complete the certification of quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system and energy management system in June 2021.
The company is located at the junction of Inner Mongolia and Hebei, and the surrounding mineral resources are very abundant. There are enough iron ore tailings in Xinghe Baotu and other areas in Inner Mongolia, and in Huaian and Wanquan in Hebei, with TiO2 content of 45% and annual output of more than 200,000 tons. China is a big reserve of titanium dioxide in the world, however, the output of titanium sponge and titanium material has been below 3000t/a over the years. In recent years, with the rapid development of the industry, the output of titanium material and titanium sponge has increased year by year.
